The GPS Trackit Customer Referral Program is for customers of GPS Trackit, InTouch GPS, and TSO Mobile.
External referral bonuses are paid pre-tax from GPS Trackit and are subject to taxes per the level set by the Internal Revenue Service. You are solely responsible for paying appropriate state and federal taxes on any payment received. GPS Trackit will report referral payments to the appropriate tax authorities.
To qualify for this referral incentive program, the referring customer must be an active employee of a current GPS Trackit customer, and the customer must have a current account in good standing.
Individuals may not refer themselves.
Your referral must be referred before they are working with our expert Fleet Advisors. You cannot refer someone who is already engaging with GPS Trackit for service.
Referrals will be rewarded when the referred account has reached 60 days after first qualifying purchase.
Reward tier amount will be based on the number of units the referred account purchased for monthly service with their first qualifying purchase. Rewards for additional units added after the referral’s first qualifying purchase are not eligible.
Rewards will be sent after the referral account has met their first 60 days of service.
GPS Trackit reserves the right to withhold or deduct Referral Rewards obtained through the Referral Program in the event that GPS Trackit determines or believes that the receipt of the Referral Reward was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Program Rules or any other applicable agreement between you and GPS Trackit.
GPS Trackit reserves the right to change, cancel, or terminate this program at any time.
