Sales Development Representative plays a vital role in the success of GPS Trackit. The SDR will be the first point of contact and someone that will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. This will be accomplished through outbound prospecting via phone call and email in the assigned territory along with the qualification of inbound marketing lead. Successful SDR will have a clear understanding of the sales process and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business owners. This is a high outbound activity sales role with opportunities to move into a full sales cycle position.
GPS Trackit is seeking an experienced UX Analyst who is passionate about understanding user needs. Someone whose decisions are rooted in both creative and analytical thinking likes solving complex problems by finding patterns in the data and enjoys creating high-quality end-to-end digital user experiences. The position will be responsible for user experience research deliverables that include but are not limited to; metrics analysis & reporting, task-flow diagrams, A/B testing, user interviews, and interactive and functional documentation. Experience conducting usability tests, card sorts, field studies, survey analysis, and journey map analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of common software project management and development practices. A portfolio demonstrating proven experience in user research, analysis of user metrics, customer satisfaction, and a thorough understanding of the user-centered design process is required.
The Executive Care Specialist is responsible to manage all escalations that can put a customer at risk of churn. You will act as a liaison between the customer and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate and timely manner. The role is cross-functional, working alongside Sales, Customer Care, Tech Support, and Billing.
The Account Executive is responsible for selling GPS Trackit’s services and solutions to SMB customers across a wide range of industries using an engaging, customer-focused, strategic sales approach. Successful Account Executives are comfortable making sales over the phone and in person by working a territory or account list, by selling through inbound leads, cold calls, and disciplined sales processes. Candidate should have experience and success in running the entire sales cycle including qualifying prospects, uncovering pain, building a business case and value proposition, demonstrating the solution, creating compelling proposals, navigating contracts, and winning. Our Account Executives enjoy being challenged, thinking outside the proverbial box, and playing a fundamental leadership role in achieving our company’s ambitious revenue growth objectives. GPS Trackit is looking for a dynamic retention specialist to join our Customer Success team that will help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will work directly with GPS Trackit customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business. You will also be responsible for correcting issues on the customer’s account and following up with other internal organizations to ensure a customer’s issues are fully resolved. GPS Trackit will empower you with a set of tools to successfully retain our base of customers.To succeed in this role, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for customer service. Ultimately, as a top-class retention specialist, you will be able to work autonomously to improve customer relationships by creating lasting bonds with customers and reselling the benefits of GPS Trackit’s product portfolio. A successful Retention Specialist will be eligible for quarterly bonuses above their hourly base salary.
GPS Trackit is looking for a seasoned care specialist that will provide the highest level of service to our Platinum value customers. As a member of our Full-Service Care team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned base of GPS Trackit’s key accounts. You will handle all support-related customer requests and coordinate all account-related processes. GPS Trackit will empower you with all the tools you need to successfully manage and retain your base of customers.To succeed in this role, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for 5-star customer service. Ultimately, as a top-class Full-Service Care Specialist, you will be able to work autonomously to improve customer relationships by creating lasting bonds with customers and continuously reselling the benefits of GPS Trackit’s product portfolio. A successful Full-Service Care Professional will be eligible for quarterly bonuses above their annual base salary.
The Base Communications Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive product awareness, sales, and engagement to our existing customer base. They will be responsible for optimizing the communications program for maximum performance, leveraging iterative testing and data analysis. With a passion for content curation and an obsession with KPIs, this leader will play a pivotal role in transforming the existing customer communications program. This role provides an ideal blend of the creative and the analytical, as the Base Marketing Manager will not only develop, enhance and grow the base email channel through customer segmentation and advanced targeting but will also have the autonomy to brainstorm, launch and test new ideas and programs. An eye for innovation is key to success in this role and the Base Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for content efficiency and implementing those improvements.
