With this acquisition, we aim to expand our already extensive suite of fleet management and asset tracking solutions to better serve our customers. It will affect you, our current, legacy clients, and partners by means of improved service quality, competitive offering, and value. How will this affect my service plan or price?
It will not affect your service plan or monthly price at this time. You will continue on with your current plan as intended. If anything is subject to change, we will be sure to communicate clearly with you when it happens.
Will I continue to be a GPS Trackit customer?
Absolutely. Your relationship with your respective brand will not change. You are still able to login to your account on the same website and you won’t have an account set up on the other brands’ system.
Will this change the software? Do I have to get used to a new system?
No. You will continue using the system and software that you are currently using.
Will my app change?
No. Other than routine updates, your app will stay the same.
Will my login change?
No. Your login username, password, and the portal you log into will not change.
Will my Fleet Advisor, Sales or Care Representative change? If so, who do I contact for customer service help?
You will keep your current sales and care representatives. The only difference will be that they will now be referred to as a Fleet Advisor.
Does the company acquisition affect my billing?
No. Your billing information, cycle, and the process will stay the same.
Are you going to start offering new products/services?
Yes! As our company grows, so will our product offerings. We’ve always continually worked to improve our software, and with our new acquisitions, we will continue to build on our product offerings.
