30-Day Money Back Guarantee & 90-Day Cancellation Policy

At GPS Trackit, we are committed to providing our Customers with the utmost satisfaction. We offer all our Customers a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 90-day right to cancel, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

The Customer has the right to cancel their purchase within the first 30 days of use, starting from the date of shipping the first device to their account. If the Customer is dissatisfied with the product or service provided, they may initiate the cancellation process.  The Customer will be entitled to a full refund for any hardware and service costs incurred before the cancellation period expires, provided all the equipment is returned to the Company within 30 days of the official cancellation notification.

 

90-Day Right to Cancel:

The Customer has the right to cancel their purchase within the first 90 days of use, starting from the date of shipping the first device to their account. If the Customer is dissatisfied with the product or service provided, they may initiate the cancellation process.  The Customer will be only charged for the service months and shipping incurred during the 90 days provided the equipment is returned to the Company within 30 days of the official cancellation notification.

 

Cancellation Procedure:

To exercise the right to cancel, the Customer must notify the Company through an official communication channel, clearly stating their intention to cancel the purchase and a request for a return. The Company must receive the cancellation notice before the expiration of the 30 days.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

a. Cancellation Request within 30-90 Days: The Customer’s cancellation request must be received by the Company within the initial 30 days of product use, commencing from the date of shipping of the first device to their account.

b. Product in Original Condition: The product must be returned to GPS Trackit in its original condition, free from any damage, misuse, or alterations that would render it unfit for resale.  All cables must be returned with the device.

c. Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping of the product to the Company.

 

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of the returned product and verification that all eligibility criteria have been met, the Company will initiate the cancellation and/or refund process. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the Customer for the purchase within a reasonable time frame.

 

Exceptions:

The money-back or no cost for cancellation does not apply to the following:

Damaged or Altered Products: The Company reserves the right to reject refund requests for damaged products or ones rendered unfit for resale at its sole discretion.

 

Modification or Termination:

GPS Trackit reserves the right to modify or terminate the money-back guarantee and cancellation policy without prior notice. Such modifications or terminations will not affect eligible refund requests submitted before the effective date of the change.

By purchasing with the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Money Back Guarantee and Cancellation Policy.
