Sales Team

GPS Trackit is in search of an Inside Sales Representative that will be responsible for cultivating new business, effectively manage and grow GPS Trackit within a specified channel territory, and will receive warm leads from our marketing team efforts as well. This role is primarily responsibility for revenue growth as well as for territory and customer retention. GPS Trackit operates in 100% integrity and respect, we are expected to work proactively and cooperatively with other GPS Trackit sales and support team members. Our customer satisfaction, goals, and revenue generation are our highest priority. This is a great opportunity for a hungry salesperson with uncapped commission potential and accelerators kicking in as quota is attained.

You must have a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients through web based software
  • Carefully and thoroughly qualify prospects and manage sales cycles
  • Reaches out by phone and email to new and existing clients to create new sales.
  • Build a substantial pipeline of opportunities, with strong weekly and monthly gains in new prospects
  • Can identify and overcome customer buying objectives
  • Develop and present price proposals/quotes that maximize revenue and successfully negotiate profitable, win-win sales agreements with priority prospects
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships
  • Documenting your interactions and remaining highly organized
  • Coordinate with other team members regarding customer accounts
  • Provide Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports on a timely basis. Reports will clearly show progress of sales oppty development, and sales forecasts

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales based out of Temecula, CA
  • MINIMUM of 2 years sales experience
  • Ability to operate with Integrity and independent judgement

  • Ability to handle complex issues and quickly respond with product/software information
  • Bachelors in business, marketing, and or finance a +Plus

Web Design and Developer

We’re looking for a web designer & developer – someone who is comfortable and experienced not only with web design, but also programming skills and graphic design. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, has an eye for detail, and is an efficient and quick learner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing mockups for webpages and print/online advertisements.
  • Editing and customizing WordPress plugins and themes.
  • Maintaining, updating, and monitoring hosted websites and managing site security.
  • Working with the marketing team to achieve results fast.
  • Designing, testing, and implementing custom website pages and forms.
  • Collaborating with our off-site development team.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Comfortable and familiar with PHP, javascript, and jQuery.
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Expert with WordPress administration and security.
  • Experience with coding both responsive and mobile websites.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Two-year college degree.
  • Experience with video production/animated graphics is a plus!

Software Development

PHP Developer

A software development company located in U.S is looking for an PHP developer who can develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise level software applications. The entry-level developer will work closely with the Project Manager to create, update and maintain the companies various web applications and other internal tools.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control and testing of web programming to ensure functionality.
  • Troubleshoot development issues and work with development team, project manager, and IT to discuss development related issues and/or the impact of their specific development requests on the project.
  • Daily Troubleshooting tasks.
  • Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
  • Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
  • Coding and debugging the companies various web applications.
  • Develop code for assigned projects that adheres to project requirements primarily using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript (Jquery framework).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science (or related field) preferred.
  • 1–3 years experience with Bachelor’s degree or 4-5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience in PHP (Codeigniter framework a plus), MYSQL, and Javascript (Jquery framework).
  • A strong commitment to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
